This is an appeal from the judgment of the Supreme

Court

of Hong Kong dismissing an action brought by the Appellant who

was Plaintiff in the action against the Respondents who were

deportation order made against the Appellant under the Deporta-

tion Ordinance 1917 (No. 25 of 1917). The Respondent the
